Starter Plan

  • 100 tickets per month
  • 2 team members
  • Email branding (color + logo)
  • Remove SDesk branding from emails
  • Priority support

Growth Plan

  • Unlimited tickets
  • Unlimited team members
  • Custom HTML email templates
  • Auto-assignment
  • Analytics dashboard

What Counts as a Ticket?

A ticket is counted when:

  • A customer emails you
  • A contact form is submitted
  • A return request creates a ticket

Replies to existing tickets don't count as new tickets.

Monthly vs Annual Billing

  • Monthly: Pay each month, cancel anytime
  • Annual: Save 20%, billed once per year

Changing Plans

  1. Go to Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Confirm the change

Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
