- Remove SDesk branding from emails
- Priority support
Growth Plan
- Unlimited tickets
- Unlimited team members
- Custom HTML email templates
- Auto-assignment
- Analytics dashboard
What Counts as a Ticket?
A ticket is counted when:
- A customer emails you
- A contact form is submitted
- A return request creates a ticket
Replies to existing tickets don't count as new tickets.
Monthly vs Annual Billing
- Monthly: Pay each month, cancel anytime
- Annual: Save 20%, billed once per year
Changing Plans
- Go to Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select your new plan
- Confirm the change
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
