Customizing Ticket Types

Define categories for organizing support tickets.

What Are Ticket Types?

Ticket types categorize support requests. They appear in your contact form dropdown and help organize your inbox.

Default Ticket Types

  • General Inquiry
  • Order Issue
  • Returns & Exchanges
  • Product Question
  • Shipping
  • Other

Adding Custom Ticket Types

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Find Ticket Types
  3. Click Add Ticket Type
  4. Enter the name
  5. Optionally add auto-tags
  6. Save

Using Ticket Types

Ticket types help you:

  • Categorize incoming requests
  • Filter inbox by type
  • Route to appropriate team members
  • Track common issues

Auto-Tagging

Assign automatic tags to ticket types. When a customer selects that type, the ticket is auto-tagged.
