Getting Started with AI Copilot

AI Copilot helps you respond to customers faster with AI-powered suggestions.

What AI Copilot Does

  • Generate Drafts - AI writes a reply based on the conversation
  • Improve Text - Fix grammar, clarity, and tone
  • Summarize - Get a quick summary of long conversations
  • Quick Replies - Smart suggested responses

Enabling AI Copilot

  1. Go to Settings → AI Copilot
  2. Read the privacy information
  3. Click Enable AI Copilot
  4. Your consent is recorded

Privacy & Data

We take your data seriously:

  • PII is stripped - Names, emails, and addresses are removed before AI processing
  • Data not stored - The AI provider doesn't keep your conversations
  • Audit logged - All AI usage is logged (without PII)

Using AI Features

Once enabled, you'll see AI options when replying to tickets:

  • Generate Draft button - Click to get an AI-written response
  • Improve button - Enhance your written text
  • Summarize - Available for longer conversations

Tips for Best Results

  • Always review AI drafts - AI is a starting point, not the final word
  • Add personal touches - Make responses feel human
  • Use custom instructions - Train the AI on your brand voice
