Creating Quick Responses

Quick responses are reusable templates that save time on common customer questions.

What Are Quick Responses?

Quick responses (also called canned responses or templates) are pre-written messages you can insert into replies with a single click or keyboard shortcut.

Creating Your First Quick Response

  1. Go to Settings → Quick Responses
  2. Click New Response
  3. Enter a Title (e.g., "Shipping Info")
  4. Enter a Shortcut (e.g., "ship")
  5. Write your Response Content
  6. Optionally select a Category
  7. Click Save

Writing Effective Templates

Good quick responses are:

  • Friendly but professional - Match your brand voice
  • Complete - Answer the full question
  • Customizable - Leave room for personal touches

Thanks for reaching out about your order.

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. You can track your order using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
