Creating Quick Responses
Quick responses are reusable templates that save time on common customer questions.
What Are Quick Responses?
Quick responses (also called canned responses or templates) are pre-written messages you can insert into replies with a single click or keyboard shortcut.
Creating Your First Quick Response
- Go to Settings → Quick Responses
- Click New Response
- Enter a Title (e.g., "Shipping Info")
- Enter a Shortcut (e.g., "ship")
- Write your Response Content
- Optionally select a Category
- Click Save
Writing Effective Templates
Good quick responses are:
- Friendly but professional - Match your brand voice
- Complete - Answer the full question
- Customizable - Leave room for personal touches

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. You can track your order using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
