Managing Notifications

Control how and when you're notified about ticket activity.

Notification Types

Email Notifications

Receive emails when tickets need attention:

  • New ticket created
  • Customer replied

Push Notifications

Browser notifications for immediate alerts (if enabled).

Configuring Notifications

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Find the Notifications section
  3. Toggle the notifications you want
  4. Enter your notification email address
  5. Save changes

Notification Options

  • Email notifications - On/Off
  • Notification email - Where to send alerts
  • Push notifications - Browser alerts
  • Notify on new tickets - Alert when tickets are created
  • Notify on replies - Alert when customers respond

Best Practices

  • Use a shared inbox for email notifications if you have a team
  • Enable push notifications for faster response times
  • Turn off notifications outside business hours if needed
