Tracking Your Ticket Usage

Monitor your monthly ticket usage to stay within your plan limits.

Finding Your Usage

  1. Go to Billing
  2. See your current usage at the top
  3. View the progress bar showing tickets used

Usage Display

You'll see:

  • Tickets used: Number of tickets this billing period
  • Tickets remaining: How many you have left
  • Reset date: When your count resets

Usage Warnings

  • 80% used: Yellow warning - consider upgrading
  • 100% used: Red alert - at limit

What Happens at the Limit?

When you reach your ticket limit:

  • New tickets are held as "pending"
  • You can still access existing tickets
  • Upgrade to continue receiving new tickets
  • Or wait for the next billing period

Tips to Manage Usage

  • Close resolved tickets promptly
  • Use FAQ pages to reduce common questions
  • Consider upgrading during busy seasons
