Tracking Your Ticket Usage
Monitor your monthly ticket usage to stay within your plan limits.
Finding Your Usage
- Go to Billing
- See your current usage at the top
- View the progress bar showing tickets used
Usage Display
You'll see:
- Tickets used: Number of tickets this billing period
- Tickets remaining: How many you have left
- Reset date: When your count resets
Usage Warnings
- 80% used: Yellow warning - consider upgrading
- 100% used: Red alert - at limit
What Happens at the Limit?
When you reach your ticket limit:
- New tickets are held as "pending"
- You can still access existing tickets
- Upgrade to continue receiving new tickets
- Or wait for the next billing period
Tips to Manage Usage
- Close resolved tickets promptly
- Use FAQ pages to reduce common questions
- Consider upgrading during busy seasons
